Being able to write these words to you right now, as a fellow mom of littles, leaves me feeling grateful and humbled.
It was always my dream to be a mom.
But if you had told me a few years ago that I’d be thriving—homeschooling my boys, running a successful business, keeping up with my adventurous toddler, and still having the energy to pour into my marriage—I wouldn’t have believed you.
Because, back then?
I was drained. Exhausted. Running on fumes, believing the lie that I had to sacrifice something—myself, my health, my marriage, or my dreams—just to survive motherhood.
Or that I could only keep going with copious amounts of coffee or energy drinks.
Where I still enjoy my coffee (because let’s be real, coffee is life and now I take herbal coffee

), I no longer rely on it to get through my day.
Instead, I’ve learned how to fuel my body, protect my energy, and create a realistic rhythm that works for me, my family, and my faith. And I want to help you do the same.
